What parts are available on your website?

We only offer original (OE) parts. We only sell genuine parts! All of auto parts and accessories are brand new and have never been used. Slight scratches due to handling or storage are possible.

How can I be sure that the part is suitable for my car?

In the CATEGORIES section on the home page you will find all the parts available in our store. Search for the product you are interested in and then go to its subpage. All OE numbers can be found under each product - you can check if the part is compatible with your car. If in doubt, use the green button "Check if this part fits your car" and fill in the form. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, debit or credit card and bank transfers. We cannot accept cash and payment on delivery.

How fast will my order be dispatched?

All items will be shipped in 24 hours after clear payment is received.
Orders placed before 2 pm (Berlin time zone) will be shipped the same day.

What is the delivery cost?

The shipping costs for each individual item depend on the product itself and the shipping partner chosen by the customer. Please review the options carefully and choose the one that best suits you.

How much time do I have to make a return?

All the purchases can be returned within 30 days. Your satisfaction is our priority.
