Delivery costs

The shipping costs for each individual item depend on the product itself and the shipping partner chosen by the customer. Please review the options carefully and choose the one that best suits you.

Deutsche Post (available only for orders up to 49 €)
Price: 4.99 €
Delivery time EU: 5-7 business days
Delivery time rest of world: 10-15 business days

UPS Express
Price: from 14 € (depending on the ordered goods)
Delivery time EU: 1-2 business days
Delivery time rest of world: 2-4 business days

Processing time

All items will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (Berlin time) will be dispatched the same day.

Delivery days

All delivery times are standard working days. Working days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of weekends and public holidays. We will do our best to deliver the order to you within the specified time. However, there may sometimes be delays that are beyond our control. The specified delivery dates are therefore only approximate. We will always contact you before shipping if there is any delay in delivery time. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Returns

All orders can be returned implicitly within 30 days. Your satisfaction is our priority.
